Chilli and T-Boz Are Working on a TLC Broadway Musical

Move over, The Dirt, because TLC is about to burn your house down! Is there any story more dramatic, more operatic even, than that of TLC? The story of Chilli, T-Boz, and Left Eye has been told in Behind the Music and VH1 TV movie style, but it can always be told again. It has it all: bankruptcy, death, and wearing condoms on your glasses for some reason. Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins told Cheddar that they are working on a Broadway musical based on the story of TLC — and writing new songs for it, no less. “We have so many stories to tell,” said Chilli. “We didn’t tell it all in our biopic we did with VH1. A lot of good stuff. It’s gonna be very emotional but a good ride.”
